About Us

Dr. Saad, the founder and proud owner of The Leading Clinic at Royal Kingston (TLCARK), brings over 20 years of experience in both the NHS and private healthcare sectors. Shortly after completing his GP training in 2008, he earned a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University in 2010, followed by the Cardiff University Dermoscopy Course, further enhancing his expertise. Dr. Saad treats a wide range of skin conditions within the NHS, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, and many others. With years of experience in minor surgery, he is also a qualified Minor Surgery and Joint Injection trainer for the Royal College of General Practitioners. Currently, he works in a Community Dermatology Step-Up Clinic in Surrey, continuing to deliver exceptional care to his patients.

What We Do

Dr. Saad provides comprehensive mole checks, lesion diagnosis, and treatment advice. He specialises in treating skin tags, viral warts, fungal nail infections, milia, skin pigmentation, thread veins, rosacea, and hair stimulation injections. Additionally, he performs procedures such as shave excisions, curettage, and cautery for various skin lesions.

Coming Soon:
Dr. Saad will expand his services to include the diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, hair and scalp conditions, fungal infections, certain allergic conditions, vitiligo, rosacea, folliculitis, and more.

We will also introduce minor surgery (performed under local anaesthetic) for a variety of moles, cysts, and skin lesions, including Excisions (requiring stitches) and punch biopsies.

Important To Know

Please book a 20 minute consultation to see Dr Saad for any Skin, Hair or Nails related issues. This is charged differently to any Minor Surgery procedures.

Minor surgery is not usually done at the same appointment time and you would need to book another appointment to have Minor Surgery. We aim to Perform Minor Surgery on the same day but this may not always be possible. Treatment options and cost of your treatment, if indicated, will be discussed in details at your initial consultation. You will have the time to think about your options (including no treatment).

We do not remove cancerous lesions but will give you advice on how best to proceed. We don’t offer Minor Surgery to under 18s. We also don’t treat genital lesions.

Please bring a list of your current medications, name(s) of medication that you may have had an allergic reaction to, blood thinners. Kindly, make sure that you are not going on holiday after your Minor Surgery for 2 weeks and not performing heavy manual handling to prevent the opening of the stitches or wound infection.

Please note that there is a charge for your consultation which includes a prescription and referral letter if needed. Minor Surgery is at an added cost to your consultation. Histology is charged at an extra £125. We will inform you of the result as soon as we have receive it from the laboratory.  Minor surgery cost includes the removal of stitches if required. 

Postoperative care and advice (including a leaflet) will be given to any patient undergoing Minor Surgery. Please check our price list.
