Leena is a UK Registered Dietitian working across the NHS and private practice. Leena has over 3 years of NHS experience in a multitude of specialities, some of which include hepatology, orthopaedics and chronic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity. Her current role in the NHS involves supporting those living with chronic conditions such as obesity and diabetes, in preparation for elective surgeries.
Leena grew a great interest in supporting those with weight management and achieving a healthy lifestyle, following her own weight loss journey. Her personal experience allows her to understand the challenges and complexities of weight management on a deeper level, thereby further supporting her practice.
Leena works with individuals to achieve healthy and sustainable weight loss, using evidence-based nutrition principles. This includes those that are choosing to use weight loss injectables, to support them in achieving effective weight loss, alongside a healthy lifestyle. Her approach focuses on helping you develop a positive relationship with food and building long-lasting habits that support both optimal health and meaningful, maintainable results.
